Testimony
Calvas is very special to me because it was a spirit led decision. I've always been interested in creating my own clothing brand, but to be honest with you, I never imagined it being for God! March 9th, 2025 was the day that officially sealed the deal for me. While worshipping at Church, my Pastor called us up to pray at the altar. I felt my heart begin to beat fast and knew that was my sign go up- sometimes I get intimidated, or nervous to go up to the altar and end up choosing to stay seated in my chair and pray. But this particular time, a lady that attends the church randomly taps me on my shoulder and told me to go up to the altar. Since my church live streams the services, I went back to view the clip and noticed she didn't tap anyone else but me, as if God told her to do so. This was confirmation for me; knowing that the nervousness I felt was meant for me to go up. I'll be honest, I hesitated for a quick second, but then I was obedient and went to kneel at the Altar. As I hear my pastor's voice getting closer to me, I began thinking about the things I wanted her to pray for. I feel her hand on my back and instantly began to cry (harder.) She opens up with stating my name and goes on to say, "that idea that was put into your head, about starting a business came from God. He's telling you it's okay and to go ahead and do it." I instantly started bawling my eyes out even more! Not only because my Pastor had no idea of my plans of a business, but also because the day before I was talking to God while on the couch in my living room and told God how I was feeling defeated and how its easier to give in to the enemy- not that I had plans of doing so!! So for the next day to come, and God speak to me, using my Pastor was just a surreal moment. Not only did she mention just the business, but also how I have been obedient and favored, which made be bawl even more. From that moment forward, that sealed the deal for me on starting my own Christian clothing brand. I knew I had to walk out on Faith and be obedient. Granted, she did mention that there

You can't live for the way of the world and live for God. You have to pick one or the other.

Don't let someone else and their experience with God be the reason you steer away from him. God will always meet you in the middle, but you too, have to be willing to accept the challenge of meeting him there. Create your own relationship and experience with God, THEN righteously choose what you want to do.There's nothing like God's love!
